Summer Literacy Camp Details

When:

July 13-31 (3 Weeks)

  • Going into Grades 1-2: 9:00 – 12:00 PM (30 participants max)
  • Going into Grades 3-4: 1:00 – 4:00 PM (30 participants max)

Camp Coordinator: TBD

Camp Counsellor: TBD

Location:

At Pre-Cam Community School – Community School Entrance.

Priority will be given to vulnerable students and to those who can commit to all three weeks. Extra spots will be filled based on order of registration.

Parents and Elders are also invited to participate and share their knowledge.

The Government of Saskatchewan, and NLSD #113 are pleased to offer a Summer Literacy Camp experience for children and youth. Join us for a fun and exciting camp experience!

Activities are fun, interactive, and enhance learning outside of the school setting. Parents, other family members, and community members are invited to participate!

The camp is free and books and snacks will be provided to all participants.

This initiative is made possible through funding provided by the Ministry of Education, Government of Saskatchewan.

List of Students Registered for Summer literacy Camp:

Dear parents,

Parents on the “Waiting List”. Once Summer Camp has started and participants have checked in on their first day, the Summer Literacy Camp Counsellor will complete attendance. If someone who was on the list failed to attend, you will be contacted by the counsellor and they will let you know that a spot has become open for your child. Please do not bring your child to the camp if they are on the waiting list unless you have been contacted by the counsellor.
