Dear Room 9 Parents/Guardians,
I wish to inform you that the number of grade one students has increased considerably over the past month. It is great to see that parents are feeling more confident in our safety protocols and are choosing to send their children back to school! This has led us to the necessary decision to move Ms. Kim from the remote teaching environment for grade 1 and 2, to be the in-person teacher for room 9. As of Monday, March 1st, Ms. Kim will be teaching grades 1 and 2 in person. We apologize for this disruption and hope that you consider sending your child to school in person. If you do wish to continue having your child participate in remote learning, Ms. Dreaver will be taking over Ms. Kim’s remote classroom. As of Monday, all meeting times will remain the same.
This has been a year of many disruptions and adjustments! I would like to thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
