Note that some activities may or may not happen. These are initial planning documents shared for you and your child to see what types of extra-curricular activities may be planned for the school year. If you have an interest in leading or supporting a club, please contact the vice principal (joelstange@nlsd113.ca) or the specific individual(s) associated with the club/team below.
How Do i Sign Up?
Coaches/Leaders for an extra-curricular club will notify grade level students about the club/team, or there will be something shared in the morning announcements for students to attend a preliminary meeting. Students will bring a paper copy of the registration home for you to sign. Please fill out both sides of the form, cut the bottom half, and have your child return the registration paper (keep the top half) to the specific coach/leader who is running the club/team.
What are the forms of communication?
Coaches and club leaders will share how they intend to communicate with you on the registration form. Some forms of communication can include: Facebook, Edsby, paper notes, emails, etc.

Notes for After School Programs
After School: The school will not pay for a cab service to transport students after school. If a parent is chronically late or unable to pick their child up at the agreed upon pick up time after the activity is over, their child may not be able to participate in the club in the future. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure arrangements have been made for their child to take part in this extra-curricular activity. Removal of a student from the club/team will be at the discretion of the coach/leader who is volunteering their own time towards planning and running the activity.
